Muay Thai or MMA in Elk Grove (Sac area)?
We just got settled into the area a few months ago. Now, I've located two BJJ schools that seem to be worth checking out, but what about a reputable Muay Thai school or better yet a TRUE MMA training center? Suggestions anyone? Thanks for your time and info adies and gents!

if you are looking for striking you should look up a school i go to it's called muay thai thai boxing the only real muay thai in sacramento
