first night in muay thai
i went to my first muay thai class tonight. its taken me months to find a place with classes that fit my schedule. i've taken a couple different types of classes at different gyms and i'm digging this the most so far. even more than boxing.
though the conditioning at the end just about got me though. i was ok until they started in with the solar plex shots, i thought my spine was about to snap. i also made sure to show up early and catch the tail end of the class they had before mine, Capeoira. i thought it looked pretty interesting. not at all as silly as i had suspected, it actually looked kinda fun. |
