At the moment im only able to go to my MT class twice a week, monday and thursday nights.I could start going tuesday and friday mornings but that would only leave me that night to rest up.Im out of the gym at around 8 pm and get home around 9.Im pretty much feeling fine the next morning but is it still too soon to go back? Should i always wait 24 hours or should i just decide on how i feel?
Thanks |
