Default Min. rest time?

At the moment im only able to go to my MT class twice a week, monday and thursday nights.I could start going tuesday and friday mornings but that would only leave me that night to rest up.Im out of the gym at around 8 pm and get home around 9.Im pretty much feeling fine the next morning but is it still too soon to go back? Should i always wait 24 hours or should i just decide on how i feel?

Thanks

I don't see why you would need to wait. I used to do morning and evening MT classes on the same day. The Thai's train like that everyday.

Just do it. Your body will soon tell you if you are overdoing it.
