Smile Frozen Hip Joint!

Anyone have any suggestions to help releave or stretch a frozen hip joint. I've been stretching regularly before and after MT sessions (even at night) but for the past two days i've been walking around like I've been shot in the leg. It's very discouraging and annoying...

I'd honestly recommend seeing a sports doctor. A combination of chiropractic, massage, and specific exercise and stretches are probably going to be in order. Don't just go see a general practitioner who will want to give you a painkiller/muscle relaxer....

I was afraid this would be the answer. I've been dodging injuries for the past year including a possible nerve pinch affecting my shoulder/arm and my left knee. I've iced it in the past and it was ok after a couple days. I've also stopped weight lifting because I thought it might be a factor. The current issue is a frozen right hip joint, although after warmup and an hour and a half of MT I felt fine tonight. Afterwards I was better too, I felt looser but not clear of the pain. Did I mention the ankles? Maybe I need to take sometime off?Thanx for the advice Khun Kao.
