Hi all, Iam new to forum. It looks great, the things you can find in google!
I started muay thai 8 months ago and have been training three times a week in hourly sessions. Im sure that is not enough to become really good at it so Iam looking for any information about developing a training and fitness regime to help me get better. More generally Iam looking to find out how much running I should be doing each week to improve my fitness and any other techniques? Iam looking to develop a weekly training program for myself. Any information that anyone can offer would be very much appreciated.. Cheers CheekyMonkey. |
