Extreme MuayThai and Sitan MuayThai are both in the Queens area. Both are QUALITY MuayThai gyms....

The trainer at Sitan is a Dutch Morrocan with lots of experience fighting in Europe. Sitan is also a succesful Gym in Netherlands. Its more Dutch style kick boxing that traditional Muay Thai but the training is good.
