Default TBA thai test advise

Hey guys,

I'm taking the thai test this winter and I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions to help with my training and conditioning. Take it easy and thank you for any and all advice.

Cardio, squats, cardio, squats. Some push ups and crunches in between. Mainly cardio and things to increase the power in your legs. Running is good.

60/40's are different on the heavy bag than on pads. In good shape, a person can do endless 60/40's on a heavy bag (endless 100/60's for that matter). In the weeks before testing, be sure to do pad rounds with someone who can hold (ie: your instructor) regularly.

In the months before your test, make a habit of performing ceremony several times a week. The best way to make something look easy is to have done it so many times that it really is.
