![]() | Cardio, squats, cardio, squats. Some push ups and crunches in between. Mainly cardio and things to increase the power in your legs. Running is good.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 60/40's are different on the heavy bag than on pads. In good shape, a person can do endless 60/40's on a heavy bag (endless 100/60's for that matter). In the weeks before testing, be sure to do pad rounds with someone who can hold (ie: your instructor) regularly. In the months before your test, make a habit of performing ceremony several times a week. The best way to make something look easy is to have done it so many times that it really is.
