Are there any good books on MT body mechanics? I'm thinking along the lines of what 'Championship Fighting' by Jack Dempsey is for boxing. A book that goes into ALOT of detail about the techniques because the information out there can be very vague and can be quite differnet from trainer to trainer. The only books I can find tend to spend about a paragraph with a picture for every technique.
