DC Metro Showdown IV - Sept. 15th

It's that time again, folks! My next "Smoker" event is scheduled for Saturday, September 15th in Sterling, VA. We will be including both amateur MuayThai & SanDa Kickboxing on this fight card!

Excuse my ignorance. But what is a smoker?

A "smoker" is an unsanctioned fight event. Same thing as any other fight event except a fighters win/loss is not officially recognized by the official fight organizations

yes, sir. i may round up a few Maryland Thai Boxing guys for this one as well. i had to miss the last round of smokers for a trip to the beach but the schedule is clear for the 15th. btw the Muay Thai Day shirt i picked up a few events ago is in heavy rotation in my workout gear.

Do you think your guys will want to compete this time around, or just come down to watch/support the event?

Let me know if you guys want to order a ringside VIP table or two! We're only going to have 5 tables available for this event, and I want to give priority to local supporting teams to purchase these tables....

Drop Kru Scott a line regarding fighters. If enough people want to head down to the fights I’ll defiantly look into getting a table.
