Default Thai cooking and recipes

I thought id have a go at starting this thread so people can put up recipes and foods that should be ordered in thailand.

Im not putting a recipe up yet cos im tired.
Im not going to get any thai food either.
Just got back from boxing an hour ago.
Im in bangkok and about to order mcdonalds.
Mcdonalds in bangkok is 1711 by phone and costs 20 baht for delivery.

This is hopefully going to be the worst contribution to this thread.
