Foot injuries / psyio
Hi
Anyone know any foot psyio or things I need to be doing to help it heal maximally - Unfortunately, i got my foot run over by a bus on tuesday night - Back at home now, had reconstructive surgery after shattering a couple of toes and a couple of metatarsals. Thankfully my big (first) toe / metatarsal wasn't badly damaged so overall prognosis is good... what fun.... awaiting my first psyio sesh on friday, in short tho it has been pinned and plated, and I won't be putting any weight at all on it for 6 weeks, before another surgery to remove said pins, and then we'll see where it goes from there. I'm taking lots of fish oils, Zinc + magnesium, and a vitamin every day... And thanks again to Ghost, I went for that stand, although it's of no use now lol. (It will be! haha.) Thanks. |
