Thumbs up Need weightlifting routine!!

For all you guys that still lift and practice MT, what kinda routine do you guys do? I use to lift for 2 years, so I know most of the exercises. Just need a new routine that will benefit my striking in MT. Thanks in advance!

If you go on mymuaythai.com , you can get some good routines/advice from the posts on there.

Go check out T-Nation.com

The forums info is rather mixed - like any forum (cough.) But the articles are on the money.

Just a suggestion: focus on deadlifts & frontal squats for the lower body, and dumbbell exercises for the upper body. Esp. db front presses, curls, rows, etc. Sets and reps are a personal matter, just don't overtrain.
