This is an extreme noobish question, so apologies in advance
![]() I just purchased the Shock Doctor Power Gel Ultra mouth guard and was getting ready to prep it. I am not sure if the guard is supposed to be seated against the top teeth or bottom... I mean the primary groove for the teeth, is that for top or bottom? Just wanted to make sure before screwing it up. CC PS: I read the instruction but still was not 100% sure. |
