Default Knee to the Thigh

One of the best techniques in my opinion when clinching. But most people in my experience use it just as a kind of jab, to gauge distance. What are everyone else's experiences with the technique.

It's definitely underrated, but then again its hard to get the leverage to make this technique truly effective. You really have to get your hips back to drive into it properly...

Kow Kratai(rabbit knee) is a good technique especially when used with a elbow strike.

My favourite use of this technique is to the inside of the thigh at the same time you bend and turn the plumm down to spin the opponent off balance - setting up some major tools.
