Default injured shoulder

Hi, i had a session yesterday and threw a sloppy left hook to the pads...as this happened i felt a sudden pain in the back of my shoulder (just behind the armpit), i doubt its dislocated as nothing looks or feels out of place...

the pain has gone down abit but when i place my arm in certain positions the pain still exists (not as much as when it happened)...im just wondering if anyone might be able to tell me what has actually happened to my shoulder? how long it may take to heal? and whats the best ways to go about it healing?

thanx guys.

it would just be easier to go see a doctor he can check it over or go to a physiotherapist

but saying that i tore the muscles at the bottom of my back at training and i was out for three weeks...just make sure u gentley stretch it if u think it isnt dislocated.

if it seems serious then consult a dr. it may just be muscle inflamation. try ice and asprin and rest a few days.
