Default Hi

Hi, new here. I've decided to pick up Muay thai as of late, and I had a couple questions that you guys might be able to answer.

- I've found a possible school that's relatively near my house, and I was wondering if anyone had their own opinions on it.

MUAY THAI ACADEMY

I haven't called in to check their prices or their facilities yet, but I'll be doing that in the near future. Anyone have any history or experience with this place?

- Should I do any significant cardio training before I actually start learning? I used to wrestle in high school, so running isn't anything new to me [though I haven't ran any significant distance in a long time], but I wonder if I should take time to prepare my body, rather than have my body 'catch up' as I train.

I'm not really the type to quit halfway with something, so I'd rather find a school I can continually train at, rather than a place that'll teach me 18 times and send me on my way. I'm also interested in learning actual Muay thai, I've heard and read things that make me rather disinterested in Kickboxing.

If anyone has suggestions [San Jose-ish area, but willing to travel a reasonable distance], I'd be glad to hear them.
