![]() | I'm soon supposed to start training my new club in semi-contact. None of the other trainers have been doing much semi-contact so they wanted me to train them (both the newbies and the 'advanced' group). Thing is that I don't know many good moves/combinations that I KNOW are usable. Things I have planned on teaching are backhand, backhand counter (cross), backhand counter (ducking backhand to midsection), sidekick to retreat, sliding sidekick, backhand feint to high roundhouse. Anyone else got suggestions? I really need them so I won't look like a fool :P Also ideas for a fun introduction to semi-contact is appreciated. |
