| Resident Groaner | its hot oil, makes you burn. you can buy it online and in martial arts stores, it works wonders. i love it, id like to drink it but it would probably kill me.

![]() | It does both it warns up the muscles and it also takes out the sting from hits, it can also help in the grapple if you use it right....oh dont get it in your eyes open wounds or sensitive areas...if ya know what I mean!!! |

| Registered User | Yes it's very similiar to a "tiger balm" or a ben gay.....it's used to warm up the muscle thus relaxing the body more. Also helps with taking hits as well as someone else mentioned earlier. It's good to use before training and again after with a good message if possiable.
