Question Thai Liniment or Dit Da Jow?

Which do you all prefer for sore shins....Thai Boxing Liniment or Chinese Dit Da Jow?

I have no experience using the thai liniments, but I can tell you that a good mix of Chinese Dit da Jow will definitely work well.

Depending on the herbs in the recipe, both.

i cant say that i liked dit da jow. it didnt seem very strong at all. i like using this other stuff that comes in a bottle and has a red and white label on it. i think its called zeng gu shui. i know, i know it sounds funny. this stuff works great. very strong

Zheng Gu Shui works well too, but I think Dit Da Jow does a better job.

I had an experience with dit dat jow for SEVERE bruising on my shin. I am convinced that by applying it, it had made my bruising heal alot faster than normal.


Thai liniment, I've used to prevent bruising, like applying it right after I hurt my shin.

Seems to work
