![]() | I think you are fine if you use it for kicking, I have worn martial arts show while kicking and I have been fine.

![]() ![]() | Learning how to use the heavybag is an important tool in training. Correct kicking technique is what its about, especially with the roundkick for muay thai. |

![]() | Keep a roll of Duct tape handy for repairs if needed. The only thing with a 70-80 lbs bag. If you kick hard it will flop around alot. The long heavy bags need a bit more to move them.

![]() | I recommend to use punching mitts for punch trainning only. You can use kicking pads for punch and kick training but I thing kicking pads not good for focus to punching, you should use the right gear on the propose your training.
