hi to all in kickboxing forum

hello all
Im new here. Im a muay thai exponent from Australia. I have been training for 5 months now. I am always keen to learn and hopefully i can pick up some good advise from all martial artists on this site regarding all aspects of fighting.

This forums is pretty much dead, as you can probably sense. I would post in the BJJ and MMA if you want to get some answers, even about thai boxing.

My trainer went to australia to learn MT, he says that no matter what shape he's in, whenever he goes back, the Aussie's put him to shame, lol

basically my life has divulged into fitness mania since i started thai boxing almost a year ago now, i lost 12 kilos, and maintained it, for that long, i actually lost the weight in about the first 3 months of training. im embarking on a fitness career now in the form of a personal trainer.

I see we share the smae interests. Im looking for a career something like that aswell. What I would really like to do is open up a school. 24/7 training all the time MA and fitness.

ALSO

Have you heard of the SPARTAN HEALTH REIGME? Nobody else hear has. If not and would like more info check out the training forums.
