Yes there are lots of good Muay Thai gyms in So Cali. Where are you located? If you are anywhere near Hermosa Beach call Boxing Works Gym and get ahold of Brian Popejoy. Check out tha TBA website for #. If you are in the Inland Empire come train w/me in Fontana email me if I'm close. If both of these are far for you. Inosanto Academy is awesome! It boasts Guru Inosanto who in addition to his many other accolades is the Vice President of the Thai Boxning Association.
But I would also like to vouch for Khuen Khru Dobler and Khuen Khru Popejoy as well. They are part of the TBA family so to speak. I haven't met Khru Popejoy yet but I've heard lots of great things about him. I have however met Khru Dobler on two separate occasions and can speak from experience when I say he's got pleanty to offer. He's worked with Ajarn Chai since he (Khru Dobler) was a small boy. He was mentioned in a recent article in Muay Thai Magazine. And he put the beat down on me when I got to timing spar with him at the 2001 Oregon Thai Camp.

I've been searching for a muay thai gym for awhile and I know that , and I used the search thingie to see if they were any and I found this 1 , under this post

No Limits Gym in Irvine, where Quinton "Rampage" Jackson trains, has a good reputation. I've been there once to watch a smoker and the facilities are great. You should really check it out.

if you want real muay thai in orange county... check out http://www.ocmuaythai.com
i train there and have been to all the ones in oc. these guys show you stuff that you wont get here. only in thailand. i just started last month and my game is way up. i sparred with my friend that used to beat me down good. not anymore  |

I'm training at OC Muay Thai now and enjoy it. Hard work and both morning and evening training. As for price, I don't think you are going to get any cheaper than around $100 a month in the OC, that is just how it is. Also, you get what you pay for. If you train 3 or 4 times a week, you'll really get your money's worth.
