I haven't trained in MT for over a year and I'm really rusty.
What are some good MT video series you guys have viewed that are good(teach proper technique, quality, etc) that you would recommend. Or that you would recommend to steer clear because of teaching improper teqnique. Thanks. |

The Fairtex set is a good basic place to start. A little on the expensive side...but I think I have seen them at a discounted price recently.
I haven't seen them but I've heard people say that Vut's vid set was good too. William

muay thai has lots of techniques that can't be forgotten unless your a super pot head..
just practice those techniques and practice your combos.. buy a bag..
