When I look down at my chest, it looks screwed up. My left side of the chest is kinda flat. My right side is more rounded and sticking out. When I tighten my abs and make them show, ONE OF MY ABS ARE MISSING! Not exactly missing, I can feel it but my 5 other abs U can kinda see but the one on my top-left side is sinked in. If I rub my hand around my abdominals I can feel a big gap there. So is there anything I can do !?
When I punch myself or If I let someone punch me there, It hurts more around the upper abs than the low/middle. Or is that normal? Do you think maybe that the one area does not have enough muscle on it ? If you know anything about this or heard something similar before please reply. Or give me a link if there is one about screwed up looking chests/abdominals. Should I try and post my partly naked body on here? :P |

my brother has a realy indented chest his sternum sinks in and his bottom ribs stick out.....only difference is he looks funny, it doesn't change anything else about him. There is nothing wrong with you, and there is no reason for you to change anything. my ribs stick out a little at the bottom, and there not all a perfect "smooth" curve shape. Even with this i think it would be hard for people to notice. Peoples bodies are made differently, as long as you dont look like a total freak, or are totaly self concious about it, theres no reason to try to change it.

Hahaha, you really need to get some books and read more.
But anyway, If you have one ab that is not as built up as the others, (and this can happen if you favor one side or don't train evenly) all you have to do is isolate the ab and work it out and it will eventually grow to the same size.
