it is my dream to one day create my own martial art.
It will be:
muay thai
+ sidekicks
+ grappling
+groundwork (like in BJJ)
+palm strikes?
emphasis on attack rather than defense
train using full contact sparring until one person gives up

anything else i should include?

PS will a jab work as a defensive move (eg someone prepares to punch you so you jab them and it prevents them from hitting you)? if so then i will use it as my main defense move.

fine then its a new style. you shouldnt have to mix martial arts, thats why i want to make a style that already has everything you need.

There are already schools that teach mixed martial arts. Simply teaching a repetoire that combines several arts, along with a different training routine doesnt justify calling it a new art, since it isnt based upon a new philosiphy.
As for the Jab, yes you can, and people do use them as a stop hit.

Not only do you need to be good, to show that what you invtented is worth taking but it also has to be somethign new, original, like a new philosophy----there is already JKD which is considered complete how is your style any better?

Muay Thai has a side kick. It is called 'teep ka'. Muay Thai has palm strikes. They can be illegal in the ring depending on how they're used: lacing, striking or pushing. Apideh Sit Hurin liked palm strikes and threw one short little uppercut kind of thing that got him several knockouts. Apideh categorized them under 'master tricks'. The mastery is more in concealing them to the judges, not making them work.

Hey, I think you are onto something here. Isn't the goal of every martial art the building of complete human beings, who have mastered themself, totally unique in movement and philosophy, to truly become the creator of their own martial art?

i myself have created the ALPHA OMEGA of martial art styles yes the beggining and the end...................ULTIMATE STYLE. i simply watched all the ufc's and combined all the kick ass shit into one formless style.
