I'm not quite sure, but I believe the song "Eye of the Tiger," is on that soundtrack.

If so, than you are not the only one, because I know a lot of people that listen to that song during their workouts.

Peace,
Sei

Eye of the Tiger is from Rocky 3.

But JIMI would be inspired by Rocky. Neither of them are the sharpests tools in the box. But tools, nontheless..........

As regards music in general, I do like to do my bag work to it. I have a tape of classic rock songs (that's rock, not Rocky.....) and each one plays for three minutes, with 1 minute of quiet music seperating them. 10 songs equals 10 x 3 minute rounds. No looking at a clock all the time for me.

Now all tell me how brilliant I am......

Cool

Eye of the Tiger may be from Rocky 3, but it is also on the Rocky 4 soundtrack.

Dunno about you guys but when I am getting exhausted, I concentrate so I can do more weights than I`m supposed to do, but listening to music kinda disrupts me, well thats just me...

Music from the Rocky films is the best thing to listen to when training. Or maybe Bruce springsteen

Anyone into electronica? I prefer drum and bass/prog trance during my workouts, DJ Tiesto and DJ Dara get the blood flowin like nothing else..
