hello everybody. I have an ingrown toe nail and going to take it out this saturday i cant do any exercizes like runnung or skipping rope,and i dont want to gain weght while im recuperating, niether loose condition, what do you recomened for me to do. I was thinking of doing pushups situps and forearm exersize. any suggestions?

ooh to bad that i dont have a bike, well i do but it has flat tires. i dont think i ca get it to work before i recuperate though.i used to ride my bike all the time, the most i rode was about 5 miles, i also used to go 3 miles for exersize up hill.thanks for thee idea though.these toe nails hurt like hell when you have someone step on them, it also gets you real pist,lol
