I'll be going to Seni tomorrow also! I'll take some pics and put them on a website...

I did email the Seni organisers for a timetable of events, but they said the schedule won't be released until the day.

I did start another thread on this, and I've managed to get the schedule from another website...I'll post it on there.

I apologize to you all that do knuckle push ups and I called jokes. I recently started conditioning my phoenix eye (I love it). I found out that knuckle push ups work your hand muscles and I guess if it hurts and you work through it you gain a mental notch on the pain resistance meter,I guess . Did I say I love this strike, it is the best thing ever. I don't know why everbody doesn't condition it. Your techniques will mean oh so much more, I mean they will hurt much much much more than any closed fist or palm strike. I currently hit my iron palm bag with the one knuckle fist.

Hey I got one for you guys. A Judo buddy of mine told me about this. I have never tried it but he says it works your grip and wrist muscles. Take a Judo Gi and throw it over a bar, grab the sleeves or lapel (like you would to make a fist, roll it into your hand, grabbing material, another way is to grab the sleeve like a pole, through the palm) and begin doing pull ups. I haven't tried it yet, I don't have anything to throw my gi over. But this guy has a grip like like a dog on a bitch in heat.
