All martial arts contain blocks of some kind, but excessive blocking and/or defense is not realistic either. Offense wins. Period. Jeet Kune Do would be a fine choice if you find a good teacher. It can be rough, as there's tons of 'Poor man's Jet Kune Do' out there.I was referring to the blocking. I was interested in a MA that was great for blocking and attacking

I know it is in Tulsa, but this is a great school, good Muay Thai, great JKD. Worth the cost of a phone call for sure
yeah even thaiboxing has lots of blocking
