hey good luck, its a big damn town to be sure, but I have been down there several times visiting relatives, and I was only able to find a gym in Metairie, (that's still N.O.) that advertises Muay Thai. I believe his name was Joey Ancona, and all they really had was a pair of Thai pads. I had to be content with kicking a bag because no one knew how to hold them. I have seen several MMA threads talking about Muay Thai and New Orleans in the same sentence but I couldn't tell if they actually were training MT. I also had a student that was flying back and forth down there every week with his job for about a year with his job and he couldn't find anything. Let me know what you find, I would be interested for the next visit.
