try iron cross push ups very good for the wrists and forarms and upper body make a T shaped handle horz. top cross piece 1/2 -3/4 round stock or pipe welded to a vert. 5/16 - 3/8 post center the post do push ups at different widths and positions after you work up to it there not easy

i use three types of push ups to increase upper body strength,standard. wide arm(hands two shoulder widths apart)and one i dont know the name of but it hurts!! put both palms flat on the floor and touch both forefingers and thumbs,forming a teardrop shape,then position rest of body in push up position with solar plexus directly above said shape and lower body until solar plexus touch shape. ow!
