Any one here can help me out this is my second fight... for my first one i ran 3 days a week and i trained for 3 hours a day for 3 days a week i didnt incorporate any weights i need some thing more though i want to train harder any one have any suggestions... or any one in the NYC area wanna train e-mail me... muaythailev85@yahoo.com thanks
