Throw a low kick with whatever leg takes your fancy then follow it up with a roundhouse elbow strike to the head using the opposite side to what you kicked with.
Thats my fave anyway

What should you follow with a low kick? Probably with whatever is there. Ya know what I mean? There isn't any real answer to this because every situation is different. You could say you'll throw x and then follow up with a y, but in reality you don't know whats going to happen. You could shoot with x knocking the guy out, but becuase you automatically expect to throw y you end up tripping over him and cracking your head on the ground. The point is, you never knwo whats going to happen and the only thing you can do in a fight is go with the flow. However, that's not to say you shouldn't have tactics.

Another classic technique: If you low kick inside-out your opponent's lead leg, it is an easy follow to then round-kick down to the top of his knee. This will keep you far enough away so he cannot grab you or counter-punch.
