I need to improve both the power and accuracy of my push kick. Are there any tips for good ways of doing either of these things?

Nah only joking mate....had to say that.
try just alternating legs on the bag trying to keep the bag away from you and aiming for the centre & try it against the focus mits moving around and at varying heights |
