    nah i dont care if its here as long as this video shows that martial arts are helpful in real situation depends on the fighter...

    Gotta love a good suplex. I tried a movement like that once on a guy on pavement. Although, I won the fight, I ened up with a concussion from the throw when my head contacted the concrete. Some of us have to learn the hard way.

    I've always opted for a souplet instead of a suplex; that way you use the guy you're throwing as a cushion for your landing.

    The Souffle is nice too....just as soft and cushiony but tastes good too!
