Get Tough an Kill or get Killed are full of techiques diagrams and instructions...
for the most part any technique outlawed by sport fighting is probibly worth learning striking or grappling...they are outlawed for a reason |

Low line stomp kick (Kansetsu Geri) is described in a few old manuals as a foot destruction/shin rake or knee joint kick...
This one can cripple. It is more commonly taught in Karatedo but can also be found in Judo atemiwaza. Good stuff! But don't take my word on it...
