Just a quick question,For those who are a fan of Rich Dimitri and his Senshido program, which video/s should I get first? The one which would give the best overview of his system?

That's a difficult one in my view. Although he has a 4 DVD series that outline his fundamentals, his system has developed over time. So some of the thingsin those early days have been developed.
Personally I'd go for the Shredder package. It outlines Shredding in detail, but also has a handbook that outlines his central theories in detail. Enjoy! |

Yes!
I have an issue with some of his followers who, in my view, treat him like some kind of guru..... it's all a bit unsettling. But I guess that he can't be held responsible for their behaviour and, in all honesty, they're not that bad. I don't 100% agree with what he does. But I don't 100% agree with what anyone does. |

I agree with Thai Bri re: the Shredder; it is the single best offering from Senshido IMO. I have most of his material, and it is all good (I'm also a big fan of his Tool and Target Development DVD), but your 'best bang for the buck' is to get the Shredder.

I've only watched Rich Dimitri's shredder video, so can't comment on anything else of his. The shredder is great though, it's to self-defense what bjj was to mixed martial arts, I think.
