Knife fights

Just curious has anyone ever been in a real knife fight? and if you have can you tell us how it went down?

also, anyone here study knife fighting as a martial art and what style of holding the knife do you use? what is the best fighting knive?

anyways, hope this makes for interesting dicussion , take it wherever you wish it to go

I got into a situation where I had to meet up some muggers with a knife...does that count? It ended with afew kicks from my leather shoe and they left...end of story.
