Here's a Q for our resident SD expert.
Mike, I've had trouble with relaxing during doctor's visits so my bp tends to spike. As advice to relax, I've heard that a marksman's trick is to hold your breath as long as possible, which causes both pulse and bp to come under control very quickly. Just wondering if this is true...IIRC you mentioned shooting experience in an older thread and was curious if you knew anything about this and if you had any details/comments on it. |
