A man in a nearby town was arrested recently and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm (in city limits) for chasing a burglar out of his yard and shooting at him.

Could have been worse (for both guys)

That's what our world's come to.

You'd probably go to jail for shooting a man who is actively, like in the process of, raping your wife at knife point in your home.

THAT is why I hate the police, the justice system, and the whole fucking mess. I say this much now...if I am ever unfortunate enough to have to use lethal force to defend myself...I'm finding a way to get rid of the body. Haebeus Corpus.

Awesome clip but I was thinking more of when Brick top explains how to dispose of a body.

You are welcome sir. I am concerned that I have taken this thread off topic with our mutual appreciation of snatch, if you’ll pardon the expression, so I had better move on.

However I have added one more Snatch clip in a new thread in the Open Access forum, dedicated to my favourite music.

I shall let these gentlemen get back to their topic, apologies for the interruption.

The fact that you have published your intent here may be used to show pre-meditation....

Game over.

Oh, okay jubaji...I was obviously exaggerating the situation, but there have been numerous incidents wherein a person who is defending their home, a loved one, or themselves is in my opinion wrongfully incarcerated for doing what is right.

The body disposal comment was also tongue-in-cheek, although I hesitate to use that phrase because you may misconstrue it also.

And...yeah...that is the reason why I dislike police: in my experience, they are never there when you need them and when they do show they are indifferent, whereas they are more than eager to hassle the shit out of people for trivial, bullshit offenses.

I think it's interesting that you would PRESUME that I disliked cops and prosecutors based on something else...? Why don't you share that with me in a PM...

I'll share it with you right here. I think you are a deeply insecure person who finds any expression of authority threatening and therefore negative. I think your ego is far too weak to deal with the limitations that life in a civilized society places on you without harboring juvenile resentment. I think you are looking for any excuse to blame for the weaknesses inherent in your own character.

And stuff like that...
