hello,

never understood the concept of being impressed by anothers injuries or scars. the concept of story telling is a bit "alien" as well.

thanks.

i carry spyderco knives. i always have one on me. they make them so sharp in the factory that i am confident it will be able to go through multiple layers of clothing easily.

It could make an improvised weapon, especially some of those larger, unhuman-like models...

Not a good reason to get cut.

I feel both safe and confident. I have good reflexes and quick attacks/counter attacks if needed.
But a weapon?? No way! Only cowards needs a weapon in a fight. Though, best is to not fight at all.

Only a moron would make a statement like this. Trying to justify years and years of "empty hand" art are you?

I never said that, and I am not trying to either. But I think that if a person is not man enough to fight without weapons, he shouldn't fight at all. Though, best IS actually not to fight.

But please, tell me... WHY is a weapon necessary?
I mean... if I have a Katana and I get into a fight... would it be ok if i used that Katana against the opponent?
I think not.

Are you from somewhere in northern Europe? Because I'm sensing that rational-pacifist kind of thinking local to that area...

It depends.

If your Katana is hidden and you are in a situation where your life is in certain danger, say a small gang or an armed individual is trying to end your life, you might want to harden your spirit and be prepaired to use it...
