Anybody got any good SD stories lately?? I wanna read!!
My most recent was today. I was parking my car at Circle K when I noticed some weirdo in the parking lot who looked really weird and was obviously waiting for me to get out of my vehicle. So I didn't. He started laughing as I backed up my car to leave. I went to a different Circle K. My stories are boring like this so I would like to hear someone else's! |

They should all be boring if you are doing things right.

Teelizard> You demonstrated good self awareness and self protection. Good self defence doesn't ncessarily come from bashing someone who attacks you, it comes from avoiding the potential attaker in the first place.

hello,
today, watched a potato. it just sat there, mockingly, arrogantly. it looked shifty. figured if it did attack, readiness would be in order. patient was the potato. it was very disciplined, not goaded by such an obvious attempt to catch it in the act. then got hungry and put in in some soup for dinner. quite tasty was the potato. "the best defense is a good entree!!" hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!! thanks. |

I got hit with a drive-by water balloon the other day. I did see a car full of giggling girls, but I figured they were just staring at one of the two folks who was walking me to my car. He's quite a looker. Anyway I was surprised at first and it actually kinda hurt a bit, but then it actually felt really really good. My friends thought I was strange when I told them this and said that if they were me they'd be quiet. Still, I guess I need to work on situational awareness, haha. I found out one of my friends got hit with a drive by paintball once, and that made me feel a little better.

Well, some time back some lady rear-ended me at a traffic light. I came out of my car to see the damage and talk to her and make sure she wasn't hurt and she jumps out through the passenger side, putting her car between us, and she starts yelling at me; "It was an accident! Calm down! Back off or I'l spray you!" I guess the expression on my face was more scary than concerned... Wow! now that's "presence"!
