Hi all,
If you take a look at the link http://www.blackbeltmag.com/search and type Mick Coup into the search engine, it should give you a few video clips to see. I train with the guy when I can (he's 200 miles away) and I'd be interested on your views about what you see. Bear in mind it is the tiniest snap shot of his system. I have to tell you the level of high quality instruction out there available to civilians is really getting impressive.
I know nothing about Mike Coup so all I have to go on is what I saw in the clips and I didn’t have sound with these clips so I am sure I missed some important points but what I saw was very straight-up solid HTH.
