Er, thanks. I guess I had to chime in because I know I'd be on several of my students' hit lists if they had them because I am fair and consistent and they think they are being picked on. My options when they tell me how unfair I am are:
1) hold them accountable for their inappropriate behavior
2) don't hold them accountable for their inappropriate behavior

I try my best to ignore tantrums (I respond to "THIS ISN'T FAIR" with "That may be true. And I still expect you in your seat keeping your hands to yourself" (or whatever)... I let them know I'd be happy to discuss the situation with them when their voice is as calm as mine...

I don't know exactly where I'm going with this except that I think "try not to get on anybody's bad side in case they go postal"--if that's the complete policy, it's a bad one that leaves you open for manipulation and acting based on fear instead of on consistent principles.

i dunno garland, i may be pretty ugly on the inside, as well as the outside, however i think i might actually have a bit more going for me than you do bro. no offense. but dont let that get you down either, cause if that video of the kid getting raped by his dog didnt make you feel a bit better about yourself, you can always look at some of tom yums posts about relationships or think about how fucked up our education system must be if they employ people like jubaji who are responsible for kids in 3rd world countries falling ahead of american kids in academics every single day. when you reflect on things like these, you will see that decrepid and hopeless as you are, there are always worse.

for example, just the other day i saw this picture of this crackhead bum passed out on the street on some garbage, next to some pigeons, while another crackhead bum was sucking him off as they both lay in the gutter. after i was done shaking my head in disgust, i realized that hey, i dont have it so bad. i get to sit in a warm house, and eat food, and smoke good weed all night long. it mad me thankful for not being worse than i am. im going to send you the picture garland so you can elevate your self esteem a bit, if thinking about jubaji being in charge of teaching children and tom yum being the 40 year old virigin didnt do it for you already.

i guesss you are right in a way. in the gutter you may be getting sucked off by bum while you are passed out in some bags of garbage from drinking too much gin in the afternoon, while pigeons are pecking at your eyes and shitting on your beard, but the cubicle isnt as bad. you may not be getting sexually assaulted physically in the cubicle, but you are taking a big one up the ass for sure. when most people go to work, they have to kiss ass all day for a paycheck. everyone has to give ass to the man in one way or another. but at least in the cubicle you can just sit there for hours and play with pencils, or surf defend.net. maybe you can bang a good looking female coworker, and get some oral sex in the janitor closet or break room, surely thats better than getting sexually assaulted in an alley after you have blacked out from alcohol poisoning.

hey man im just trying to help out this misguided youth before he decides to shoot up an office building, with the aka47 assault rifle he is cleaning in the picture on his sig, cause he was jacked up on prozac and wasnt able to see that he probably has it a lot better than many others out there, like the bum who was photographed getting his dick sucked by another bum while he was passed on some garbage in the gutter. at least im trying to help, all you do is bust the same 3 or 4 one liners over and over again so tom yum and the rest of parrot chorus can all give you positive reps and tell you how hilarious the one liner you just said was, despite the fact that he has already heard you use it four or five hundred times in your 7000+ posts.

Jubaji has said some funny sh!t before - but he takes it just as well as he dishes it out. I still remember the time (and you'll see how long ago this was) when both Mike and Boar used several pages to rip jubs a new one, but he took it in stride and came back same ole jubs lol.

I don't agree with some of the things jubs says, but I'm sure he's applied himself offline considering his skill level in grappling and the path he's gone with those skills.
