Nothing wrong with it, I guess. I always personally get a little leery of "systems" built around one single idea. They tend to get tunnel visioned and forget that their "discoveries" are sometimes just weaknesses that training can overcome.

Reverse edge tactics can be found in many styles from tantojutsu to silat.
There is one inherrant problem with using your pocket knife this way...

They FOLD... Lock back blades and framelock knives are notorious for closing on your fingers...

The karambit is my favorite tool for reverse edge techniques.

It's a pretty good system for it's intended audience. It is not FMA based. We're pretty good friends with the guy who put it out and I highly recommend any of his training if you can get it.

Inverted edge and karambit are two different kettles of fish, although you could put your pinky through the ring I suppose.

LEO's and regular people since both tend to be under trained with the knife, if you're already a HSLD type then you probably won't benefit as much.

Check out his site.

Did you miss the part where I said we were friends? I'd like to keep it that way, He's a very no nonsense guy with a limited tolerance for BS. He doesn't post for amusement or have time to waste arguing about sports vs SD. Like the man's shirt says "You can't tap out on the street." If I invited him here he'd put me on the spot and ask why. What am am going to say? Because some UFO nut who likes newcastles asked me to lure him here? No thanks, I get myself in enough trouble on my own.

Then why do you drink it? Trying to be cool? Do you have too much money and you want to get rid of it? Are you trying to gain weight? If you're just trying to get drunk their are cheaper ways.
