You can get fully auto in most states, you just have to wait a year for the background check to go through.

While I'm sure there are exceptions for CLASS 3 licensing California has such messed up GUN LAWS it's not even funny.
My .22 Viper could be considered an "assault" weapon by the design of the clip alone. In cetrtain parts of the state (cough-LA) you can't even buy ammo with the word "MAGNUM" on it... How sad is THAT? LOL

It didn't seem to stop those gangbangers down in Compton. Isn't Cally the AK47 Capital of the country?

Most people, even armed people, would do exactly that.
Even most of the people here saying "Shoot at them" or something similar would actually, more than likely, hide behind the sofa, lights off. Some wouldn't even call 911, more than likely.

I don't think it would take a full automatic shot gun to deal with these people.
I think a semi automatic shot gun would do the job nicely.

Not so much the gun as the fool aimin' it, eh? LOL
I've thought about "skipping" some 00 off the asphalt into the legs of BG... That's not nice but it could do some damage. ![]()

Well what about grenades? Or possibly some kind of flame thrower?
Heh, in reality though, I'd be under the bed behind some boxes. And I can only assume I'd be calling 911. Why would anyone not call 911? Honestly. |

cause everyone assumes that someone else will do it.
when i was studying criminology in college, one of our professors told us about a crime that took place outside a big apartment building comlpex. a women was being raped and murdered outside the apartment complex and there were TONS of people watching it all go down from their windows, yet not a single person intervenes or even calls the cops. everyone just assumed someone else had already called 911. everyone watched as the woman was raped, killed, and the guy got up and walked away. |
