Tried to Ryu. Just got insults and silly icons. Women or girls get short changed all the time. Man's way of keeping control. Doesn't matter. The women or girls I taught can beat up most guys. Goes for these forum guys too from what I read. Paper tigers with mouse balls and elephant mouth. I gave you a simple answer to your simple question Ju. Should register with your simple mind. Got anything to say about thread topic?

I must admit, I can see jubaji's point. I KNOW women can be trained to high levels. Why not? But, in all fairness, most male "martial artists" are pussies and, since women don't have testosterone in the same amounts, they are at a disadvanatge in some ways.
I'd like to see how you turn them into such hard people. I'm not dissin' you, just wondering what it is you do. |

I say women or girls because some females get bent if called women. It means old to them. Some women get bent called girls. Comes off like male pig. You're full of crap Ju. Read the rest with an open mind and try to learn. Any of my women or girls would kill you in a fight. Thai Bri here's what I do. Before they punch 1 time they deadlift. When they can deadlift 1 1/2 times their body weight no warm up in street cloths then they learn to punch. They do cable pulls with weight to get legs and hips into movement.
Not many reps but heavy weight. 3 angles for pulls. Up, down and straight forward. Lots of medicine ball tossing. They take it in stomach too. No kicking. Hard all out punch every time with nothing held back. On heavy bag, mits, me all padded up. I go at them with grabs from front, back and sides. Both hands and crash into them hard. I reach for their tits. I grab their ass. I punch them on them so they land on the floor. They get thrown on the floor lots so they're use to it. I get them on the ground and rough them up. Strangle them hard. I bring in other guys to do same stuff with them. From easy to hard and still harder. Make it real after a few months. Bleed in class and not in the street. What they do? Hard punches then ripping at eyes. They can smile and spit in the eyes easy. Great biters too. I teach them relax get pulled in grab whatever and bite in the throat or juglar vein. Bite for real. I use padded neck collar. Elbow smashes. Throat mostly. Side of head and ears too. I teach them if grabbed good don't resist. Go with the guy. Then destroy him. How? Secret kung fu techniques 4 inch triangle dirks. From sharp point to 1/4 inch about inch from handle down. Like a razon on all 3 sides. 2 dirks. 1 in upside down sheath on ankle. 2 on strong hand side pocket with clip. If slammed to the ground ram 1 through his foot, calf, thigh, ass or crotch. Get 2 dirk for neck or throat. Use markers to see where they hit. Use rubber fakes for full power moves. Real secret? Before they go against the practice bad guy I talk to them. I get them to think of time they were scared or mauled by a guy. I make them think it, feel it, live it. Everytime. When they are crazy mad mental I have them make a small hand move. Touch 1st finger to thumb. After a time they make hand move and go there in their head in an instant. Then they are cut loose on that day's target. Lots of correct form work at end of class. They start right and end right. Gets sloppy in between. Ju you wouldn't last 5 seconds with 1 of my Killer Queens. They stab you in the balls and bite your throat out while ripping your eyes. No contest. |

Not many people ever manage to deadlift 1 1/2 their own body weight. For most people it would take months, if not years, of hard weight training.
I doubt the plausibility of most of what you have said. I do know women who can kick ass. But I don't know of any class full of them. |

I have met some women that are tough as nails - not because of their strength or bvecause their art has built their strength but because they understand their techniques - they keep it simple using what works - and do not have illussions that they can beat any man. These women would do anything to achieve a chance of running - they were not stand and fighters - they were destroy and run. The misconception that a women learning kickboxing would defeat a determined street rapest is quite widespread in my experience with kickboxing and tae kwondo gyms full of girls wanting self defence. This is a danger to those women in my oppinion. Cheers chris |

The misconception still exists that ring fighting is self defense. The other misconception is that heavy lifting automatically equals toughness and power.
Weights can only make you more powerfull if you have good technique to begin with and toughness is built slowly from frequent sparring or from street experience.

Jesus. I wouldn't f*ck with any woman who could dead lift 1.5x her own weight. Are you training Bavarian powerlifters? ...or are you just talking out of your arse?
I hope for your sake you are Chinese, because if you were English, you'd probably be arrested fairly soon - although, maybe then you could learn those prison techiniques that are missing from your syllabus. Enjoy your twisted fantasy. ps. Ever tried using commas? |
