Got a 105 pound 5'4" girl she's 17 so girl is all right. Looks like a strong wind would take her down the street. She can deadlift 225 pounds cold. In clunky platform shoes or barefoot. Doesn't matter. For you other guys I don't care what you believe. Oh, you don't believe I'm Chinese. I get my eyes fixed to make you right. Feel better now? Strength from weights is important to girls or women. They are always fighting up. Up from ground or up against bigger man. Most important is feeling they get from being strong. Confidence. Doesn't take years at all. Months maybe 3 at the most. Takes you guys longer because you do it wrong. Try 3 sets of 3 reps. Rest 3 - 5 minutes between sets. No other lifting. Try learning from power lifters. Not body builders you dorks. Any one of them would kill you Ju. No contest. Not a whole class full of them either. About 20 over last 5 years. You guys are so funny. Posting pictures on this forum is a legit often-used technique to illustrate a point, unless you're just full of sh*t. And digital photography is extremely easy to do nowadays. Take a few pictures with any camera, have them give you jpegs on a disc when you have them developed, upload them into your computer, voila!
