Good luck with hell week. I'm not a veteran, but the ones I know who came out of the Rangers, weren't the same....

f.y.i hell week is restricted to the NAVY SEALS. rangers don't like the water, haha.

seal/udt training is restricted to us navy personel. you may have heard of a ranger doing udt training, but it's because he either enlisted in the navy after his army enlistment was over, or in the rarest of cases the ranger will have an inter-military transfer. but the ranger would have to start from scratch as a sailor, and go through all of the a-school, bud/s etc. not airborne training of course, cause all rangers are certified.

I read an acticle about headbutting, if done right, a women or child could inflict serious damage on a attacker larger then them with a forehead strike to the bridge of the nose. or in the case of child abduction, if the assailant picks the kid up from behind, a rear headbutt to the nose or cheek bones. I have only ever headbutted once in a fight but I threw it wrong and hit the guy on his forehead. I had a migraine for three days.
