PDR/Womens Self Defense Seminar

Dear Forum Readers,

On Jan.20-21, I am putting on a PDR/Womens Self Defense Workshop at the University of Alberta's Lister Hall at the Alberta conference room. Edmonton Alberta, Canada.

Time: Sat 10am - 2pm Sun 2pm - 6pm

It is a two day session which run 8 hours in length. The first day is purly cerebral and will be given in a classroom type setting. The second day will be packed full of physical concepts and drills.

Cost: $40 for one day or $60 for both days.

Course Includes:

1) FEAR Management

2) Street Psychology

3) De-Mystifying the Street Attack

4) Verbal Strategies and Avoidance Skills

5) SPEAR System Basics

6) Intro to Ballistic Micro Fight Simulations

and much more.

Space is limited and is filling up fast. I do believe there are a few openings available.
